Twice a week is a lot. You should tell her you dont like it, I know I would not like it if my fiance was doing that. I feel that couples should do most things together. I mean if she were to ask you and you told her "no, go have fun" then thats a different story, but if shes all "no, I dont want you to go" then there could be a chance she is doing stuff she knows she shouldnt be doing while with you!! My fiance is 1 1/2 years younger than me, and that doesnt make a damn difference, I wouldnt go and do anything without him!!

I take great issue with the word, "allow" . Are you telling me that you tolerate Not being allowed to do something by a gf? You either need to get a real view of a relationship or get a new relationship. Whether or not your gf goes out has nothing to do with the issue...it is your being controlled is the issue.

No. sounds like you are a little weak in the self confidence area, and she has picked up on that and uses it against you as a form of control. Time to get your self confidence back as well as get a new girlfiend.

I don't think that creates a healthy relationship. My husband and I go out separately but I would never tell him he wasn't welcome to go with me, and if he told me that I would think something was up.
