Don't know about downloads, but we have rented some from Blockbuster.

r u korean? if u r there are tons of sites. wakoreans.com, sbs.co.kr, pdbox.co.kr, ihoon.com, and etc...
if not i'll have to get back to ya, have to ask my brother for the site w/ subtitles
