This period I am feeling down and very depressed.I think no one understands me and I think the whole world is against me.How can make things better?Maybe this is because longer period of time I have no boyfriend and I am feeling lonely besides I have so many friends.I also go out, have fun, but again the same feeling...Can anyone help here?

Yes I am trying to find a boyfriend but somehow it doesn't work.All the guys I know are my friends, the other I like don't know them well(if you don't know someone well than you can not be with him)and I hane no chance right now.

Dear Lonely Lady,
May I suggest you trying to find out the reason for your feeling down first? It is hard to fight an unidentified enemy! Common causes of feeling down are: lack of enough sound sleep/rest; bad nutrition; hormonal changes, focusing on our problems instead of looking for alternatives, too high expectatives, etc. Perhaps you would like to isolate the source of your mood and keep in touch later so we could work it out somehow. Anyway, I will be praying for you. And cheer up, there is always more than a way to hang on until things get better!

I am in the same postion as you are right now. I am sad even if i got friends and family and do stuff with them. I want a guy to share things with. If that is how your feeling you might need to find a guy. Boyfriends can help take that sad feeling away and you won't feel so lonely anymore.

Ok for one, Do Not, and I will repete, DO NOT take up drinking.. Its the worst thing you can do, I know that from my own experinces. My suggestion to you is to see a therapist.. they work wonders.. Not only in helping you with what has recently happened, but also with past events.. Good luck, hope you feel better soon!

It is great mistake to build your happiness on circumstances or things, because circumstances change and things have a way of wearing out or losing their value. True internal peace cannot be based on changing external things. We need something deeper and more satisfying. Yet most people build their happiness on the passing, external things of this world. And for this reason, they are really never happy.

It seems that you need to take up drinking....I have found that when I get depressed this does a great job of alleviating the problem from anywhere from 6 to 12 hours. Just as good as any prescribed clinical drug.

clinical depression, thats exactly how i felt before i got help, talk to your parents about it or someone you trust, get a professional diagnosis.
