O.k. lets's count the ways Kobe's been hated on,
1.Not even 3rd in MVP voting despite 35ppg average 81, and 62 vs. Mavericks.
2.Shut out of 60 greatest playoff moments except #58. Not even his dunk over Nash, 48 vs. The Spurs in 2001, or Game 4 in 2006.
3. Not even mentioned as a great dunker despite a 1997 championship with a sick between the legs dunk that was way better than JR Rider's.
4. Called a rapist despite not being found guilty, and if not that called an adulter and piece of garbage when guys like Brad Pitt cheat on their wife no cares cause they're both white.
5.Continually called a ball hog and haters claim Jordan wasn't although they're assist stats and ppg averages are similar when you compare Kobe's last season with Jordan around the same age.
6.The Air title being given to the new #23 despite Kobe being way more Jordan like and having 3 rings already.
7.Which brings me to the next point of how does a guy who can score 81 get little credit for 3 rings? 8=1

If any player who's #8 can score 81 on purpose as a symbolic # on a national stage and not feel pressure I think the guy might be a little good.

The thing is, there's no doubt he's the best in the league. But to be highly respected, you need your team to win games and go further in the playoffs. More wins=more respect.

Being the best(or a unique player like kobe is) has its own price. Most of us wanted to see a player down when he's up. Kobe has been great ever since and the challenge and his critics grew as he achieve different things. This only mean that even though #8 has so many haters around him, he's been watched from his every move and those who wanted to see him fall take all those credit he deserve by telling everyone that what he has been doing is not enough to be a good player. For those who can appreciate, enjoy the fun, the thrill and a great game.

Kobe is by far the best player in the league or even all time. It is arguable whether he surpasses Jordan or that is number2 all time. Stop hating because he is not on your team. He had a ring in his 4th season, plenty of defensive player of the year titles, scoring titles, MVP, a dunk title. 3 rings. A 81 pt game. As for him being called a rapist, he could have any girl he wants like that why would he need to rape her? They found "bodily fluids" from another male and had proof she was active a few hours before the "consensual" encounter. All she wanted was a chance to get money from a millionaire star and tarnish his career She already had another case in court for another rape. This tells you something about here character. KOBE IS THE BEST PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE, GET OVER THE JEALOUSY AND HATING AND GIVE HIM HIS PROPS.

I for one, am sick of people STILL ignoring Kobe about that stupid rape case. I can't agree with you more!! I am a HUGE Kobe fan and own over 100 Kobe cards in my collection. He is an AMAZING player with so many feats. Such as 81 points, 35 ppg, and single-handedly led his terrible team (Which I like even though most of his teammates can't play at all) into the playoffs and into game7 against the Suns. People need to forget about his past and realize that he is still a great player!!

I aint sick of all the hating at all. And Im a big Kobe and Jordan fan, thats why those games with these two legends going one on one are on the top of my shelf.Literally. And Ive seen how both them Jordan fans and critics before have helped cement Jordan Legacy. Good publicity or bad publicity is still-publicity.

And Kobe has been in the league ten years, hes more famous now. Thank to guys like you and me and also Sid the Kid and Nasty neezy..

And by the way, while Nasty neezy and sid the kid were living their miserable life and hating kobe,Mr.Bryant was in the Bahamas with his wife drinking Fruit Juices and enjoying the sunset. I was driving my bentley around LA too. hehe..

Peace..

Yea bro, Kobe's been dissed way to long, it's time for some rep for the guy. He's possibly the best scorer in the nation, and he's so good that the Laker's GM chose him over Shaq.

He's good, we just dont want to sleep with him like you do...

Kobe would get the kind of respect Jordan gets if he wasn't constantly talking crap about his teammates, sitting out the second half's of playoff games, RAPING white girls, and crying about the officials.

The guy has amazing game, but his crappy personality and attitude overshadows it.
