Statistics say no, look at all the rich people who are sick/on drugs/got marital problems etc etc. But I promise that if I had everything I wanted I wouldn't be like that. Honest. So, give me the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Actually I really do have everything I need to be happy, a job I like (I used to love it but I'm getting too old for now), a Church I really enjoy going to, my health,a safe home to live in, transport, a computer to get to yahoo answers on, both parents still married to each other after 51 1/2 years and last but definitely the most important, a wonderful daughter and totally awesome grandson who I adore completely. So I don't need anything else.

Life would have no meaning. One example i've come to understand- good comes with the bad or success and failure; if these things did not correspond i would not get to learn new things by failing or having bad things happen (trial and error.) It's human nature to grow and learn from your mistakes and accomplishments. By learning you come to success in whatever makes you happy whether the change in interest or growth in one mindset.

It's an interesting theoretical question, because my desires constantly change.Does that mean each new desire would just automatically be catered to? If my continuously changing desires were fulfilled again and again, that would be so crazy, that I think I would be happy.
