Your best bet is to travel to Mumbai. His bungalow is at Juhu and every Sunday he comes out to wave at the crowds who assemble there. Over the years with the decline in his popularity the crowds have dwindled but he comes out anyway. There are too many people who want to meet these film actors. So meeting him will be a tough call unless you know some one from the Mumbai film industry who can get you introduced.

Amitabh Bacchan Lives in India you can travel to India for cheap nowdays its like Ksh 35000/= there are plenty kenyans there so accomodations may be free depending on who you know and how you plan.
