4 days ago, I fell down from my bicycle, and it hurted my back alot for 1 day.
The next day I was great with no pain, but 2 days ago that pain came down nearby my kidneys! Can I do? it hurts alot.
Any homemade medicines? or something...

The kidneys are located just above the hip joint in the lower back area; you need to seek medical attention. They will probably want to take x-rays; and, there could feasibly be substantial danger of futher injury to the back nerves (spinal cord) and the kidneys if putting it off continues.
It may have causes trauma to one or both kidneys and the pain is 'telling you' that there has been injury to the area. Listen to your body and seek medical attention. Someone suggesting the Emergency Room for x-rays would have been considered prudent right after the fall.
Other lesser damage could be a dislodged kidney stone that will require medical attention to 'help you pass it'.

Get to a doctor! You should have been to one before now. Forget the homemade medicines.

Doctor! My Son had a bike wreck, and days later we found out he (only thankfully, not worse) had severely bruised his kidneys after he started urinating blood.

try a warm massage....if the pain still persists, consult a doctor immediately without further delay.
