where do i get mac os x aim icons?

I need aim icons but i dont kno how to get them on mac os x

if you're using iChat, you can use any image you want that's on your hard drive. Just click your icon and go down to "Edit Picture" and select "Choose" from the bottom left of the window. You can then choose an image and then crop it in the window.
