Only if they are fraternal twins. Fraternal twins happen when the mother releases two eggs in the same cycle (normally a woman only releases one egg per cycle) and both eggs get fertilized. If she had unprotected sex with two different men within the period of time that she was fertile, and each man's sperm fertilized one of the eggs, then the babies would be twins with different fathers. It isn't very likely to happen, but it is possible.
Identical twins cannot have two different fathers. This is because identical twins happen when a fertilized egg divides after fertilization and goes on to develop into two babies. Since only one sperm can fertilize an egg, it isn't possible for identical twins to have different fathers.
