I loved the series when it came out, though at first badly edited for the United States. Now it is finally available, uncut and complete! Anyone else read these? Like or Dislike?

I have all of the originals that came out here back in the mid/late 80's. Amazing storytelling. It just blew me away when I read them. The panel drawings were more powerful an aid to the narrative than any words could've ever conveyed. I'm looking forward to reading the uncut and complete series!

I picked the first comic by First up on a fluke. I was looking for something different to read. May I add I was reeeaaally cheesed when the series just ended. My partner and I were able to slowly collect all 28 of the imports and were surprised that the story was so different from it's "cleaned up" American counterpart. The ending, as usual for the Japanese, was very poignant. We3 enjoyed it immensely.

I read the first 10-15 of them they are very well done but their is a lot of violence, after a while it got a litttle overwhelming, but the art is amazing,I really reccommend the series naruto by tokoyo po. great action but also uplifting.
