If the couple is in love and has the parent's permission to marry then no he isn't. Besides, if the old dude is rich she has a chance to score a ton of neat stuff!!!!
Besides I hear 15 year old girls marry 65 year old men all the time in Florida.

All laws are made for the protection of the weakest from the strongest or to make things run smoothly. If the sixty five year old marries a young woman or vice versa, there have to be good reasons for the girl as well as the parents to agree. If it is not cooeerced and the laws are not broken, and there are good and valid reasons (such as the young girl may inherit a lot of wealth perhaps from the man), then he is not a child molester in my opinion. After all King David who was in his eighties married a young beautiful virgin who was unmarried. (Kings 1:1). I hope we are not considered greater than King David.

Permission or no, a 65 year old man with a 15 year old girl is him liking children. Plain and simple.

If a 19 year old married a 15 year old, parental approval or not, HE would be a child molester if he had sex with her. If he were 15, he would still be a child molester. Its not about how old you are, its about how old the one youre havin sex with is.

Some of the more stiff-necked, ignorant laws we have to live with would probably say "Yes, you are a child molester".
I say, "If it works for both him and her then go for it!
I've seen some 15-year olds that I would love to marry and and teach them the right way of love.

I think if he really loves her, he would wait for her to grow and be at an age where she can make an adult decisions. Not one based on her adolescent feeling.
That 65 year old man is wicked he's 4 times her age making him old enough to be her great gran dad, she should think about that. It's wrong.

It is dependent on the legal age marriage. Molestation is a culturally determined condition and therefore relative to the customs and mores of a given social group, subject to the legal requirements established by the recognized civil authority.
In this case, we may have a case of elder abuse rather than child abuse! (Think about it.)

a child is a child, weather with concent its still molestation. one may argue that the child too may be into it but we all know the acceptable age at which one is generaly accepted to be of independent mind/ judgement...its not 15, so this may be concentual mollestation, this child is not expected to make good judgement about things like this.

Not if she was willing to marry him, and if the next question is how young, I would say nothing under 15.
