The pectoral muscle is actually one that can easily be developed. Also it tends to be the most fun as you can really move around a lot of weight. For me, it is one of the easier muscles to develop as well.

When working the pec muscle, I usually like to start with some benching. I'll use flat, incline or decline bench presses to hit it from a variety of angles. If you lack a gym, regular old push ups can be substituted.

To finish off the pectoral I like to do flies, either with cables or dumbbells (or even the machine). Sometimes I do cable raises or cable cross overs.
