I was looking at ebay and seen an auction for a family asking for donations. They claim The husband had a heart attic the mother has lupis the daughter has had three open heart surgeries, another son lost his eye in an incident at school.and their other son has all kinds of problems .And they claim more bad stuff has happened but they didn't have enough room to write it.Does this sound like a scam to you cause it does to me?

unless they gave contact information for doctors and such, I would assume it isn't legit and wouldn't even think twice about donating to them. Anyway, why would someone go to Ebay to ask for personal donations....like the Red Cross or other hospital organizations that control these things don't exist? The sad thing is, there are probably people out there that are stupid enough to fall for it.

On the other hand, it could be completely legit and stated poorly.

You need to report that auction to eBay right away. It is clearly a scam.

It probably is a scam. Too many problems have happened for it to seem real.
