check on your tax% in your state and county you live in. it usually runs 6 cents every dollar

That's a very broad question with way too many answers. It depends on the car, how it's classified, the age, etc. My taxes go down every year by a few dollars...it depends, sorry...

there is no correct answer for this question. Each time the car is bought and sold, you pay tax, buy gas- tax, buy parts-tax and so on and so on.
