Absolute power corrupts absolutely. No matter how 'good' a person is the human desire for more power takes over when they have the slightest bit. It's unfortunate, but I would never want to live in a world ruled by one man.

Paris Hilton because she is really pretty and she'd make sure we all dressed really nice. So that way when i'm walking down the streets I wouldn't have to stare at a homeless person wearing, well, you know - a cloth.

I don't know if I would choose an actual constructed person or character, but I would definitely pick someone who was dirt poor growing up, someone incredibly smart, and someone who knew what it was like to only have one parent. I would also pick someone who was a good speaker, was a good listener, and someone who genuinely wanted to understand personal problems and hardships.
For those of you who are paying attention, I would pick someone a lot like Bill Clinton, but not necessarily Bill Clinton himself.

If I could choose one supreme ruler it would have to be either Christ,Mohamed,Buddha or one of the religious figures.If they are worshiped today as they are then possible people would put away their differences and live in peace.
