Does anyone remember the children's show 'The Kids from Caper'?

This show was on Saturday mornings in the late 1970's. It was played by real actors--not a cartoon. They drove a van with a hotdog on top. It was four young men called Doc, Bugs, Doomsday and I can't recall the last one.

I originally wrote this when I answered this question: "I remember that show. But I remember it as a cartoon. The show with live actors with one called Bugs that I remember was a show called Jason of Star Command. It starred James Doohan (Scotty from Star Trek) "

But then I looked up the Kids from C.A.P.E.R. and realized I had it mixed up with another show. It was Bugs, Doc, Doomsday, and PJ.
