how old do i have to be to get a tattoo license right now i am 15 and i am practicing on grape fruit ( i read you could practice on it ). i dont know where i could get skin from. and i was also wondering if i started tattooing at my age would it be illegal. i need to know so i wouldn't get in any trouble =]. thanks

keep practicing for now. when your 18 look into getting an apprenticeship with an established artist. there is no specific time frame on apprenticing. when your ready to begin then thats when your ready = ) good luck!

i expect it is illegal, practising is good, i wouldn't start tattooing just yet, keep practising until you talent is exceptional then see about starting.
