In the Sims 2, I made a pond and for some reason it's red. Do you have a red pond too?

Because the Sims are a part of the devil and the pond is a gateway to Hell so the Sims will bring forth others to run amok peeing on the carpet, standing hungry in the kitchen and sleeping on the sidewalk.

Probably a glitch in the game.. it happens. If you have too much memory on your PC, the game will have problems running. Try deleting some old files on your computer. If that doesn't fix it, then I'm not sure.
