It's the classic, "woulda, shoulda, coulda." Would you live your life differently?

From my past blunders and mistakes, with my bad experiences I have always emerged stronger. Somehow, there had been a reluctance to let go of the pain and the agony which was caused to me because of the things which were not in my control, but I have learnt to let go. I have accepted the fact that bad experiences and things are bound to happen same as good things take place. After every day there is night and after every night there is day again. To expect the day to be shining all time long is obviously day-dreaming. I certainly feel I have changed as a person. Everytime someone has tried to paint me evil or as a inconsiderate person, I have worked on that aspect and shown what change I can bring about. I feel all this experiences have made me malleable and flexible to change. I do not judge people before knowing them, don't form a opinion about them or their behavior, at the same time try to project the kind of person I am. I dun wear a mask and misguide people, let people think I am a different person.
I like to believe "If we were to go back in past and redo the things in which we erred, we would again do the same mistakes, because GOD wants us to learn from our mistakes and evolve". As human beings we have to learn and evolve continuously. Thats the only way our mental and spiritual development can take place. I dun think with my experience and maturity today, back in time I could have changed anything. I do feel pained but dun regret the past.

Sometimes I think I would, but then I wouldn't have learned the valuable lessons I've learned. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone finds themselves in a situation where their having to live in the consequences of somebody else's mistakes. But that's how we learn and grow as individuals. Experience is what teaches us more than anything we can read or hear. What would I have told my younger self, if I knew what I know now....without God, life is meaningless...life is dead. What do I know? I know "nothing". And because of that, my eyes have been opened to a world where it's not about me or you or anybody else...it's about God. It's not easy, but reality never is.

No.

Not that I have not made a lot of mistakes, I have.

Just that if I tried it differently, I would have made a whole lot of different ones.

I am comfortable with the mistakes I have made, I don't want to try a different tract at this point.

You are where you are because you are you. If you fork off the path you took, you are no longer you, you are a different you.

Sort of hard to explain, but it will probably make it into one of my stories, now that you brought it up, thanks.

I would alter it if I could. For instance, I would've approached the love of my life 10 years ago, but I didn't.

Then i was in trouble but not now, so if i had saved my self then today i would have been in trouble. So i think i should not guide my self then..............any ways a good question to judge your actions so far.

the most important thing is to know one's self, and to accept one's self without trying to keep up some facade.

Oh, and find a good therapist - we all need them.

Leave those stupid girls alone and go practice.

Oh yeah...and don't marry that first one. She's not what she's making herself out to be and she's a thrill seeker.
