how do they come to the stomach?

They don't. Babies grow in a woman's uterus. It is an organ that is separate from the stomach. The baby gets there after the egg, which is fertilized in the fallopian tube, travels down the fallopian tube and into the uterus.

ummm- go to ya mommy- babies dont grow in ya stomach- they grow in ya womb. The stomach is too acidic and the baby would die......

umm the daddy gives the mommy his sperm in a fun way and the mommy gives the sperm to her eggs and sperm plus eggs equals baby
