I met a guy, who is totally hot. The only thing that annoys me, is that he doesn't speak english. But I guess, thats not such a big deal. But later something else worried me. He told me he wants me to be his girlfriend, after we had a 2 hour chat at Starbucks. I'm worried that he is either a despret loser, or he's just trying to see how fast he can get into my pants. Which isn't going to work!!! I told him I need to get to know him, but it seems like he's fixed on thinking that i'm his girlfriend. Thats scary.

You have a good reason to be VERY cautious... one, his ability of not speaking English... may be real or faked... two, he is taking POSSESSION of you... males from other countries hold the role of a female in a very submissive position... and that the male is in TOTAL control of her... Also tell him that ... "sex is the fruit of a relationship... not the seed!" I would cool this relationship... but most important... YOU KEEP CONTROL... set boundries and see if he respects them... Good luck!

I wouldn't write this guy completely off. Be careful, though. He might be after a quickie. But since he doesn't speak good English, he might be acting perfectly normal according to his own culture.
Where is he from? How do relationships usually progress there?
What I am getting at is maybe he doesn't understand the American courtship. Maybe in his land people are very upfront with their feelings and quick to decide on committments.
Proceed with caution. But give him the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, I agree, that's really scary. Sounds like he's an extremely dependent person or, like you said, after something. Are you American? You're screen name says you're Colombian, but you mentioned that he doesn't speak English -- do you think he's trying to get something started with you so that he can stay in the country legally?
