well, make sure you KNOW what she wants out of you. She could just be a real chatty person. When your sure, tell her directly, don't be mean, but rather adamant. "(name), look, I know we kissed, and that meaned something to you, it was nice and all, but I'm not sure it was really a good thing to do at the time. I appreciate the calls, but they are getting to be a bit much, could we possibly go back to the way things were?" ...maybe something like that would work.

If you didn't like her like that, then why'd you kiss her?
That's the problem w/America today...too many ppl are hooking up just because someone is hot, and NOT taking personality into consideration.
If this is a person you're not even interested in dating, getting to know them and be friends with them, why in the world would you ever kiss them, have sex with them? Just because they're hot is no excuse.
