....and failing to do. We are good people who want to just live our lives. Here we are sharing and, for the most part supporting each other, annonomously on the net. Why then cant we organize and activate and stand together and DO something about it before its too late? Is this website another TV like distraction to make us feel we are doing something while we are actually sitting at home, cut off and powerless? Can we TALK it better or what is the next step, ACTION? UNITE!

It's like the film "Bug's Life", you never know what you can do until you do it as a group. There are many folks out there that feel the same way you do, seek them out and start a grass roots movement. But be careful as soon as you do big brother will be watching. With,the new Home Land Security thing they will be watching bigger than ever before. Be careful, be safe, and don't do anything insane.
We moved a mountain in the sixties and seventies but nothing worth doing comes easily.
This forum is mostly kids looking for answers not leadership.

I believe it is..I feel as you do..I have talked to many people on here that also feel the same..There are alot of groups that are active though and you are doing just what you should rousting people from their comfy little world into the reality that is if we don't come together and fight for what we believe it WILL be too late....the anonymity is for self protection though seeing as how alot of these ideas are considered anti-american

Do something about what? Take action against what. How are you powerless? Do you not have the power to vote? Do you not have the right to run for office yourself? What is so bad about this, the greatest, most generous and free country in the world? Why are you so miserable? Cheer up. If you live in America, you are the envy of many around the globe who ARE powerless and down trodden.

It's a pretty hopeless cause until the next election. The opposition party needs to take at least one house before real investigations get started. There's been so many that have hit an immediate dead-end, it's nice for Bush to have the attorney general and a majority of the Supreme court under his thumb.

www.earthrights.net/docs/oilrent that should be oilrent on the end Alaskans get paid and not taxed. Oil is just 1 commodity any and all other commodities can be used in this very same manner. Our pollitions are LOL at our stupidity all the way to the bank. If they don't off their a$$ and do something about this they should be in the unemployment lines not DC!

Dyslexics, untie! Seriously, what is it the "government" is "doing"? A lot of people make wide, sweeping statements about what is going on, then demand "something" be done about it. You've got to be specific and then demand specific action.
