My dwarf peach tree's leaves have what looks like red blisters on them. Does anyone know what this is?

It is "Peach Leaf Curl". If there only a few leaves pick them off or the whole tree will become infected. In the fall, before the leaves fall off, spray the tree with a solution of wetable sulphur. You can get more info by going to your local nursery or search the Internet, there is lots of info out there.

You can spray with Bordeaux Mix (lime/sulphur) in the spring before the buds open.
