it depends on how much you smoked. if you smoked one joint, then it can last from a week, to almost a month, depending on your metabolism.
there are shakes that you can buy at GNC or vitaminworld type stores that will clear out your system (via taking about an hour long piss) they may or may not work and cost upwards of about 30 bucks.
dont fret if you are having a drug test. one time may not show up at all.

About two - five months. Still some effects will not be cured or ever be the same. My bro smoked marijuana bcuz he had really bad friends and then he had a serious side effect that almost killed him. It looks like on of his alveolis inside the lungs was infected and then started to mess everything else in his body. Man that was scary. So even if you smoked marijuana there is still a chance, so go see a doctor or tell your parents, but do not hide it.

If you've only smoked once then it will take 3-7 days depending on your system to pass a urine test. If you need to push it out of your system faster, drink a lot of apple juice. Apple juice both manipulates hte urine in your system, and makes you have to urniate. Be careful if you smoke marijuana, because they will always be able to tell if you've smoked through your hair!

If you truley mean one time, one sitting, one high. It only takes appx. 7 days. If you are a chronic smoker, more than 3 days a week it will take 30 days.
Dont flush your system with water too close to test time, your urine will be diluted and they will not accept it. Cranberry juice and water are good up and until 24 hours before test.

Since this is a drug in your blood and can be tested through blood and urine, wouldent it be a good idea to purify your blood? Naturally without excess water it would take 2-4 weeks. If you drink green tea, eat fiber, fruits, tons of water it is possible to get it out of your system. Its called the detox diet, to detoxify your body of impurities.

if you are not a habitual smoker and smoked once, it will be out within days, depending on your body fat. if you are a chunkier person like i am, it stays in a little longer. but if you are thin, it leaves quickly as THC is held in the lipids. if you smoke all the time it can take up to 30 days to cleanse out of the system but if you only smoked ONE time, it will be out within 3 days. check out erowid.org

I don't know but if I had too take a puss test I would drink a lot of water and cranberry juice. :-)
