anxiety and stress can do this, it can also be the beginnings of a panic attack, i would do this right before I started having panic attacks, it also causes dizziness aside from chest pain. get checked out for anxiety

Smoking reasons chest pains,I'm sixty three certainly not had a stroke! I have plenty of pressure in my existence however certainly not acquired chest pains for it.But i been smoking for forty five years and each now had then i am getting aw complete chest pains,its from smoking.When i give up for a whilst i do not get any chest pains! Wish i might give up however I'm addicted,i cut back to four aday however as you grow older its unhealthy in your middle and lungs!

Yu should get a thprough check up. Apart from Angina and heart attacks, peptic ulcer, infections, vitamn deficiencies etc. etc. may cause the chest pain

Usually it is a muscle in your rib area. Get more exercise, do stretching and try to take long walks each day.
