Gee Toona good question, I have eaten many places except maybe Vatican City, I suppose they are not really Italian, so maybe they are hiding some good vittles from the world in that tiny country with the funny looking army. So yeah lets have a Vatican City style restaurant and find out what we all have been missing!

We definately don't need more Italian...but we do need other European styles...French, German..We have too many of the "Olive Gardens, Ianucci's, Carrabba's, etc." I'd also like to see some Greek places open up here. I just wonder how it would go over in a country town. I've lived here my entire life, and it seems like we get the same stuff - pretty much- all the time. They close one, then open something with a different name but the same foods....

Well, where I live there is access to 'just about' everything. hmmm....trying to think of what we need more of but I can't. New Jersey is pretty much saturated with different types of cuisine (at least where I live and the surrounding areas).

What I think we could use would be a nice fondue restaurant. I know they exist, just not around here. The only thing I can think of that's missing.....

I would love a terrific Indian restaurant to be closer to where I live...now I'm not complaining, there is a wonderful place I do visit, but it's a 25 minute drive each way and it's worth the trip, it's just not easy for me to eat there every day, so if there was one in my neighborhood, they would have a loyal daily customer.

I love to see traditional Greek, Morrocan, West African, and Caribbean style restaurants that stick to their origins rather than "Americanize" their dishes.

My favorite, Korean, but even Italian. We are just lousy with Chinese and Mexican (and pizza) here; would be nice to have more variety of types.
