well number one i think that guitar players are really hot, but i don't forget everything, but its just romantic, and it reminds ppl of the times before life when ppl still courted ppl, so in a weird way they feel like a lady when you sing to them because its a updated form of serenading

It depends on what the guy is singing. If a man is singing his true feelings, it tends to attract people... not just women. For example, look at singer/songwriters like James Taylor, Kenny Loggins, and many others.

I have found that when I play and sing songs that touch my own soul, it transmits the love and emotion to others. The same is true with no words when I'm playing my cornet or euphonium. REAL music is an expression of the Spirit and the emotions.

I have run into a few who acted inappropriately, especially if I was doing a song whose words I hadn't paid much attention to. The song, Pretty Princess, by Jim Messina, while it's melody seemed beautiful, had words that tended to attract married women. Not something I am into.

If it is the right guy of course !!! my husband sings to me all the time - although he cannot play a guitar - he does play a mean air guitar !! LOL
He always has something to keep me in stitches.

No way! If one is truly in love with someone, nothing can change the way she feels about him. The guy with the guitar can play for hours....till his throat is dry...but it'll never work. Maybe he'll just get some applause or small change as a token of appreciation!! :)

No i dont think so. He would have to do more than just play a guitar for me. And i wouldnt even like a guy to play his guitar and sing a song for me unless i already liked him. So thats just me. I also agree with debegirl!

No,not all women are like that. Its just that women waant to feel aprecciated.Song is the most romantic thing for a guy to do to a girl.

And,if she really forgets the other guy and fall for the musician, then she is just shallow.Or maybe she just wanted some atention...

we just do. Women like guys that can be sentimental. Picking up guitar and singing...is not a real easy thing to do..Women think that any guy is amazing when they pick up a guitar and sing..it's just a weird thing....

The women must be weak to have that happen.
You either love your husband or boyfriend, partner or not. When someone walks into a room and plays/sings to you, croon, smile, and cuddle up to your partner.

It may not be right or appropriate at the time .

But it is a very romantic thing to have
someone play just for you, and say they love you.

I would love someone to serenade me like that

It would melt even the hardest of hearts .

I wish my hubby would play the gutiar again. He claims that he doesn't know anything anymore... BUllshit excuse if ya ask me!
Its a talent that I am sure that makes all of us weak or impressed. Its like if you meet a girl and she can change the oil out of her own car the regular way, you too would be VERY in Love with her too!
