No, I'd put the 6 and 9 together and put the 3 with the baby. Once the baby gets big enough to get around, 3 year old toys will be much safer than trashing a 13 yr. old's room. I agree with the boys having their own room. But whatever you do, I suggest you get the bedroom arrangment handled now. If you really want to, you could keep the triplets all in the same room till they are about 2, then put the girl triplet with the 3 year old. But since your family size is about to explode, I think you should not impose on the eldest. She'll have alot of responsibility helping you with the triplets and will want a place of her own to hide sometimes.

wow you have lots of kids. first of all, i would not put a new baby with the 13 year old, thats not fair to the teenager. so in a 5 bedroom house you have your room, the 3 and 6 year old room, and the 9 and 13 year old room. that is only 3 rooms. i would say get rid of the guest room and make it a nursery for the twin boys, and the other room for the new girl. leave everyone else the same. or put all 3 babies in one room, putting a new baby in someone elses room isnt fair because the baby will keep them awake. but its your family, and you know them much better than i do, so do what you think will work out the best. and congrats.

I would put all the babies together for awhile. It'll make it easier to care for them if they're all together.
Room one. Your room.
Room two. 3 and 6 year old
Room three 9 year old
Room four 13 year old
Room five all the babies.
Later you could rearrange it so that the boys share a room and the girl triplet shares with one of the others. I think that the oldest (If she needs to for space) should share a room with the next oldest rather than the youngest.

If you can I would try to keep the babies together for the first while. They are used to each other, and will probably find comfort in being together. (I've heard that twins often share a special bond) Perhaps you and your husband could move into a smaller room, and give the triplets your room. Just a suggestion. God Bless you and your growing family!!

I had twins a boy and girl in 2003. i set up one crib in my room and they were a boy and girl They shared the crib till they were 4 months old. I had them in seperate cribs side by side in my room yet until they were 9 months then I put them in with my other children st that time. It was so much easier to care for them that way. You need to do what is comfortable and works for your house and you. I hope this helped.

I wouldn't put a baby in your 13 year old's room. She is a teenager and should have her own privacy. Put the baby with the younger children.

You could put the 9 and 13 year olds in one room if they are ok with that. If not, I don't think you should put babies with your 13 year old. Possibly with the nine year old. Or you could rearrange completely. 13 year old in one room
9 and 6 in one room
3 and baby in one room
boys in one room.
It is ok to put all the babies in one room for now but you would have to rearrange later anyway.
