do you physically lose it or do you blow it off

no- because if I lost it- I wouldn't be able to control it at all- and I wouldn't be able to be calm or angry or hyper. It would be very bad to lose my temper. "Cool your temper"... might be a better phrase to use.

I would have to say it could be bad. Loosing your temper isn't good, but if you find a way to do it where no one gets hurt. I clean when I get really ticked off or I walk so I don't take it out on someone.

well, they want you to stop losing your temper, yeah it's bad if you don't know how to control your anger, if you let it get to the point where your scaring people and causing a big mess, it's a negative trait. You don't necessarily "lose" it, you blow it off, you calm down....get over it.....
