I assume you are asking this question because you do not betray your lovers but in general its the same for both boys and girls to betray if there arent really in love with you. Once you have meant the right girl you wont have that problem but you may find that because of your bad experiences you may end up doing the exact same to a girl, which is why probably a lot of girls in turn do it because of their bad previous experiences. I hope you find the girl you are looking for soon.

Girls do not normally betray their lovers.
It is not normal to betray your lover, whether you are male or female.
I think you need to improve your self esteem. When you find the right girl and treat her right, she will not betray you.

The same reason males betray their lovers.If you're betraying someone,you usually don't love them anyway-you just think you do.Its more of a lust thing or an immature relationship.You don't betray/hurt the ones you love.
