It really depends on your personal tastes, but you mention going off road, so I'd suggest things like body guard plates and brush guards for the front. Pin stripes and custom rims tend to get damaged very easily when your off the beaten (and paved) path, so concentrating on protecting the painted and chrome surfaces would be a good investment towards re-sale, and it just keeps it looking better when you decide to return to civilization. i don't have a weeps
so can i... a body paint on a tri-color finished, rims (18 inches is hott), chin, side skirt, bumper, tinted windows, muffler, head light and the rear change, pedal pads change, steering wheel change, shifting handle too, sounds set-up
if you got a lot of dough then a nitrous,interior done, and a speedo meter change, halogen
...you need a groupie for support
...most of all a disciplinary driver

i'd say keep everything stock, but dress up the inside for your appeal (stereo, leather...etc.) Besides less chance of catching attention fo a thief by keeping the outside stock. how can you enjoy the outside of your car, while your inside driving.
