Is it good, no. Is it accelerated.... uhhhhh, no. If you're talking about a laptop there is nothing you can do to upgrade it. However, if you have a desktop then I can help you but I need to know the make/model in order to know if you have an AGP or PCIe slot (or neither), provide some more details please.
Sis is barely classifiable as a graphics card. It's an integrated solution but it is by far the worst of them all, even worse than an Intel GMA900. There's a reason review sites have never run benchmarks on it, namely, most of them won't run.
