You write what you feel, your thoughts, you make your dreams into words. you think of a character, a subject, make an outline, and write on it... or not. you're free to do anything. it's your own world! set your mind free and you will write the right things. you will know. I am also writing a book, and I know what it's like. Good luck!

It ain't easy!
First you begin with a germ of an idea for a story, then you play 'what if' in your mind, trying to flesh the story out.
Once you have some idea where it is going, you write an outline. Then break the outline into chapters and rough out the content of each chapter. Develop your characters -- draw a sketch of each one, and make up a description -- physical as well as emotional -- give them a background, a family, and a job.
Once you know your characters thoroughly you are ready to start writing the chapters.
After you have finished, get a copy of the Writers' Digest, and try to get a match between the kind of story you have written and the kind of story various publishers are looking for. Then you submit it and wait until someone wants to publish it.
Good luck.

I asked this question of an author once, and he told me, "just start writing." Remember that a book isn't written in one sitting. It is written day after day after day. Then when you're finished, you go back over it, making changes, adding words, or taking them out. Refining it. A really good book to read about writing is "On Writing" by Stephen King, one of our generations most prolific authors. I've started writing several times, but I never made the time to continue. I've still got all of it in my computer, and maybe someday I'll work on it. But it takes a commitment that I don't have right now.

Go for it. Start writing.

Well , first you pick a topic or the type of book as there are auto-
biogragphy , fiction. then you do your research , then you write.
then you find a publisher and must have copyrights. There are so many communication courses and creative writing is a real good way to know the figures of speech . AS or lLike are similie
there is personification . THats when you give an object the
wind roared. So thier are somthings to get familar with . And if you think you have what it takes Go for it

They start with a piece of paper and pen or pencil and start writing what has happened as far as their life or what has happened in the world in their own words and not what someone else has written.

i think of a plot, naturally, then choose the characters (and write this all down, including what they look like to you and how they act, likes/dislikes) then i write a loose outline, then start filling in. whenever i think of a neat phrase or a good way to describe something i write it down on another piece of paper so i don't forget.
