well i want to mow lawns but my parents won't give me money to start off with and tells won't let me use the printer for adveritsments unless i buy ink and paper. So how do i get start off money

That is a great idea. My first job as a little boy was to mow lawns.
You can start off by saving enough money from your allowance to get started.
If you have trouble in that area, you may hit your parents up for a loan and pay them back. My father made me pay him back for the loan, use of the lawn mower and other tools.
I later found out he had put all that into a college fund for me when I grew up.
