Is there a device which can "feel" the radars from a bigger distance than the radars "feels" us ?

Antiradar Device or GPS if someone can recommend me.

Not really, because they would both operate on radio waves, and all radio waves travel at the same speed, the speed of light. If you get a sensitive radar detector, it is still usually good for line-of-sight detection, because radar doesn't go around corners.

Bottom line: start out sooner and drive slower. You'll save so much more in terms of speeding tickets and insurance surcharges, that you will be able to afford the extra time!
