a dirty gas filter will make your car start hard in any weather and it will also wash dirt into your injectors also,then you will have a mess.

You bet, but it takes about 2 seconds to install a new one and about $2.00 so if you think thats your problem replace it.

dampness and condensation get into the filter and it freezes, the gas won't flow through it
