My current favorite is probably Please because of the awesome vocal harmony in the hook. I'm trying to find some more, and I already have the albums the Fragile and With_Teeth, but there are just so many other songs out there by NIN it's overwhelming!

Most of them are good. I recommend you to get all the albums (don’t worry, there aren’t many).
(1989) Pretty Hate Machine: I love “Terrible Lie” the most. This album is rather electronic with a sort of Depeche Mode feeling, but undoubtedly in NIN-way.
(1992) Broken: Perhaps this is the best one regarding the album’s construction. It was also awarded with 2 Grammys. The song “Gave Up” is my favourite on this disc.
(1994) The Downward Spiral: This was NIN’s best selling album. The album’s atmosphere is great and the songs individually are good ones too, such as “Ruiner” or “Hurt”.
You already have the two latest albums, so I won’t introduce them. However, I would also recommend you some of the non-album releases, such as “Fixed” which contains great manipulations of the songs on Broken, and “And All That Could Have Been”, a concert and a sort of studio live performance album.
