I wear this washing dishes in a restauraunt. It gets a lot of food stains on it.

wash it in cold water with bleach or baking soda to get the stains out

Spot treat with Lestoil and use Lestiol in the washer as well, you may have to rinse twice to get the Lestiol smell out of the clothes but this works on the worst of stains, including mechanics greasy uniforms. Good Luck.

only if it's all WHITE you can wash it like this fill like reg. wash put peroxide(16oz) in the water with your soap let soak half hour or over night if you can then wash as you would this takes blood out of cloths too

wash on its own ,just on a cool cycle unless badly stained
