In our church, there is hardly love at first sight. In fact our late pastor once preached that we marry those whom we do not actually love "so much," only "fond of." Basically, there should be at least a certain interest or attraction. If this is absent, marriage would be a no-no.
Now, love has many degrees. And often, love is nurtured and developed over time. Don't raise your expectations too high. Romantic love is also developed and not good when only in sentiments. It takes mature love for marriage to work.
So, love is not the only criteria (although as mentioned, there should at least be a basic attraction) but what is common between a couple, something they can do together perhaps, a common interest.
So, I think your question is based on romantic love in Hollywood (which seldom lasts anyway). A more realistic approach to marriage is compatibility and attraction.
For marriage to work, the two options you mentioned must align together to the point that the person who doesn't love you may at least be fond of you, and possibly you may not love that much but are also fond of that person. Then starting on that, work it out into a full-bloom relationship until the consummation of marriage.

It would be so sad either way. I know this, the one who loves you may not love you forever. The one you love you may love forever, but you can't make him/her love you back. Especially if you are married to someone else. Never believe you only have two choices. I think in this case you should run from both.

Don't marry at all. If you do, you will find fault with either partner. You will find heartache with both. Keep looking. On the bright side, you are very close. You have someone you love and someone who loves you. You just need to find it in the same relationship! Good luck! :)

NON of them cuz the one u love he doesn't love you so who will tell you that you wil have a happily marriage or that he will love you back later on. & the one that loves you the same thing for you how do you know that ypu will get to love him & be happy. The better thing is to be away from them for a cople of months & see how you react or who do you really miss more the one you love or the one you don't love. I will try to do this before taking a final decition & avoid a mistake that you will regreet later..good luck finding your true love ....

I wold marry neither. First off the man that doesn't love you probably wont marry you anyway and if he did how happy would you be if you spent your life loving him but he never loved you back. And the man that loves you if you where to marry him but never fall in love with him how is that fair to him, not only but you risk feeling unfulfilled and will be more likely to cheat.

He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord. Proverbs 18: 22
The man has no choice but the woman does. The woman is to respect and the man is to love. So if your the woman your ahead if your the one loving him. He is commanded to love you.
Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
