I downloaded Windows Vista yesterday and Microsoft said I have to burn the ISO to A DVD to execute it. Is there a way around this so I don't have to transfer it to my main computer and use that DVD burner?

I wouldn't do that if I were you.

WinISO I've used for years and that will do the trick, but what you downloaded was the beta version of Windows Vista. The official doesn't come out until this fall and that's strictly for businesses that have accounts through Microsoft. The public doesn't get Vista until after x-mas next year.

The beta may still have bugs in the system and if you install it, you run the risk of having to deal with those bugs. Additionally, you may not be able to unistall the beta Vista. Thus it's better to either permanently upgrade to the beta and deal with the problems, or install it cleanly thus you'd need the DVD for it.

There is software called "ISO Buster 9.1". You can download and install it and extract your ISO file easily.

Below is the download link. If you need the program's crack, email me on: bc030200221@vu.edu.pk

Yep, you could use winiso to unpack it. You could also use alcohol120% to mount the contents of the iso file as a virtual hard drive.
