Why can't I open an attachment with the extention of wps?

If you cannot open it, it may be because you do not have Microsoft Works (.wps is a MS Works file). However you may be able to open it in Microsoft word.

If you have Word, click open and then at the bottom of that box,change "Files of type" to works( at the bottom of the list)

this file is for ms works, u should be able to open it with word(from ms office)
or if u goto the microsoft site or search for WP6RTF.EXE this will allow u to view and copy the file but no change it.
