"Nuclear" is a very general term and can refer to many things, too many to go into here. Be more specific, Nuclear ____?
"Heavy Water" refers to water (H2O) which contains heavy Hydrogen isotopes.
Hydrogen normally is made up of a single Proton and a single Electron, this is known as Hydrogen-1 and BY FAR the most common type of Hydrogen in the universe. However, there are other forms of Hydrogen. Hydrogen could also be made out of 1 Proton, 1 Neutron (and of course an electron), making it Hydrogen-2, or could have 2 neutrons, making it Hydrogen-3. The numbers after the Hydrogen indicate the atoms atomic mass, not a subscript.
Heavy water is water which contains heavy Hydrogen atoms (usually Hydrogen-2), so the water has a higher molar mass.

Don't know what you really want to ask about nuclear.
Heavy water is 2H2O or D2O. it is deuterium oxide. Deuterium is hydrogen isotope. check the wikipedia dict on web. They've got lots of this stuff online.
