My choice would be one, Reliv Classic, because it works for me. I have congenital high cholesterol (over 300 normally) and my doctor prescripted Vytorin. I took it for a week and had such severe heartburn I could not sleep. My ex-wife had severe Scoliosis that her doctor said would only be corrected by a dangerous back surgery. It was 3 inches out of alignment, her back xray looked like an upside down question mark. After two weeks on Reliv her xray showed only 1 inch of misalignment cancelling the surgery and a month later her back was normal. So I tried it. Three weeks later, the doctor was amazed that the medicine had lower my cholesterol to 247, nearly a hundred points in just a month. I didn't have the heart to tell him that it wasn't the medicine and I switched doctor. My new doctor of course was alarmed that my cholesterol was 232. He too wanted to start me on Lipator. When I explained about the Reliv, he said that he would allow me two weeks to show improvement. Two weeks later, my cholesterol was 224. I have more energy, the doctor said that my liver test came back at 110% (Vytorin and Lipator both cause reduce liver function), and I have no heartburn. All the males in my family have died or had open heart surgery by age 55. I am 49 and the doctor says at this rate I will live to be 100 with a closed chest. Now you know why there is only one choice for me.

I would take vitamins or minerals, because my body actually needs them. With supplements, you never know what's inside of them. I know that lots of supplements have herbs and maybe even steroids in them. They aren't that healthy. With herbs, it's not always known what will happen and what are the side effects. Basically, they are like drugs in what they do to the body, but they are not synthesized in a lab. Would you just take random drugs that the FDA hasn't tested for side effects? Probably not. I don't know why the FDA doesn't test herbal remedies because a lot of them are bogus and not empirically tested. It's probably because they think it's "natural" and they assume that "natural" means good (which isn't always right).

Basically, vitamins and minerals can help supplement your diet in case you are missing some in the day. There are no side effects unless you take way too many.

I am a strong believer in supplements as our diet just doesn't include all of the vitamins and nutrients we require to keep our bodies at optimal health.
Dr Mindell, the world's leading nutritionist and author of the Vitamin Bible has unleashed his astounding research on the world's most powerful anti-aging food. It's called the goji berry, and is quite possibly the most powerful and important natural health discovery ever made. In fact, goji is the most nutritionally dense food on the planet!
Here are just a few goji health benefits:
*Extends life
*Makes you feel and look younger
*Increases energy and strength
*Maintains healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, and liver function
*Elevates mood and alleviates stress
*Relieves menstrual discomfort and menopausal symptoms
*Resists disease*
*Builds strong blood
*and many, many more

I wouldn't take any vitamin, unless it were a whole food supplement. Vitamins like Centrum contain toxic ingredients, which you would be suprised to learn are banned in our drinking water, and known to cause cancer and other serious health problems. Go to www.centrumistoxic.com to find out more.

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU EVER HAVE SUCH A LIMITING CHOICE. NO THREE VITAMINS OR MINERALS IN ANY COMBINATION WILL EVER GIVE YOU COMPLETE PROTECTION FROM ANYTHING. WHY NOT COUNT THE FAERIES ON A PIN HEAD. YOU NEED EVERY VITAMIN AND MINERAL. THEY WORK SYNERGISTICLY.

I agree with alot of your ideas (they're really good). The idea of having more realism in the game sounds refreshing. I was getting so bored/annoyed of the cartoonish Sims 2, they should really "step up" the game play in the Sims 3 as you have already mentioned in your ideas. You should really send in your ideas to EA! I think alot of Sim fan/players will agree with your ideas. * I really hope that they continue to refine the Sims 3 instead of leaving it the way it is now. <:(
