7:07 p m

the way to figure it out (after 12:00 noon) is to subtract 12. in this case 19 - 12 = 7. the minutes don't change between 12-hour time & military time.
here's a cheat sheet for you...

0000 = midnight
0100 = 1:00 am
0200 = 2:00 am
0300 = 3:00 am
0400 = 4:00 am
0500 = 5:00 am
0600 = 6:00 am
0700 = 7:00 am
0800 = 8:00 am
0900 = 9:00 am
1000 = 10:00 am
1100 = 11:00 am
1200 = noon
1300 = 1:00 pm
1400 = 2:00 pm
1500 = 3:00 pm
1600 = 4:00 pm
1700 = 5:00 pm
1800 = 6:00 pm
1900 = 7:00 pm
2000 = 8:00 pm
2100 = 9:00 pm
2200 = 10:00 pm
2300 = 11:00 pm
there is no 2400, because the day starts over after 2359.

print that out & you'll never have to figure it up again.
also - there won't always be a : in military time, it could have hours, or nothing if it's understood that you're referring to time.
for example
2130 hours = 2130 = 21:30 = 9:30 pm

by the way military time is also called 24-hour time or zulu time

I have a problem with military time too, it takes me forever to figure out... Anyway you can go about finding out the time by subtracting 19 from 12: 19-12=7, so you took the picture at 7:07PM.
Basically with military time 1-12 is the same as regular in AM format and 12 being noon 13-23 is 1-11 PM and 00 is 12 midnight. You just subtract the number (if higher then 12) by 12 to find the time, and remeber 00 is midnight. Still confused here's a website to help you out http://www.spacearchive.info/military.htm

For military time1 AM-NOON is 1-12
1PM -midnight, ADD 12 to the hour.2PM=12 +2=14:00 military time.
Midnight is 12+12=24:00 military time.

You will have to subtract 12 from it so it'll be 7:07 p.m.
