There's no such place to download the latest songs for free. However, you may be able to find some obscure, old songs on the Internet just by searching on Yahoo! or Google. You may also be able to find previews of music for free too that don't have the whole song. However, for the latest songs to download legally, I suggest something like iTunes store or some other store that sells songs for under a dollar each or has monthly plan for unlimited downloads. If you wanted to do it illegally and for free, however, Limewire has tons of the latest songs; it also does have legal songs, but often you can't tell the difference.

this site is a search engine that allows you to search for audio. a lot of the sources are old, but I still get almost all the songs I want for free.
