1st, if your girlfriend is suggesting it then i suggest you dump her, she shouldnt be complaining. i doubt she's perfect.
2nd, 4 inches isn't horrible, just a little less than average. if you are that concerned about it then step up your game in other areas. i dated a guy with a really small penis once (i don't know exact measurements but i bet it was around 4-5 inches) and he was the best i ever had (except my current boyfriend of course) up until that point. but he knew how to use what he had.
its not the size of the boat, its the motion of the ocean. remember that. its true.
i wouldn't suggest you get an enlargement since its such a sensitive area, if they can even do anything about it, i would think you'd loose sensation in your penis......and that would suck for you.

I have heard thay can do a operation that extends the penis out from the bottom of the stem by repositioning it and obtaining that extra inch or two that is hidden. This may cause to to flop but it will have extra length when rigid.
also I wonder about you name NO as this is the chemical sign for nitric oxide that has been know to have beneficial effects on rigidity. body builders love that stuff and its good for the heart too. (helps the hard and the heart)

Enlarment surgery is risky, and you only gain 1" .
There are many non surgical enlargement methods, which are all scams. Scams include Penis pumps, weights, traction, hand exercise, and pills. Weights, traction and hand exercise dont work, because the penis does not have muscle like your biceps. Pumps give a temporary increase from fluid build up, which is lost within one hour. All non surgical methods can cause permanent tissue damage.
The vaginal nerves are 3-4" deep, you can still satisfy a woman.

I answered this in a previous post so I'm not going into the details here but the answer is no. Save yourself a lot of grief, and money and learn to live with the body you were given. There are no pills, no devices, no safe effective surgeries. You've got enough to work with you just need to learn how to use it.. The very few women who say size does matter are are either psychologically impressed by size or are working for companies trying to sell you various products that don't work.

No, you can get a penis pump to make it bigger for the time being but that is a muscle and the doctor can't just make it bigger. You just need to learn to like what you have. Different sexual potision, can make it go deeper and feel better. Also you can use "toys" to add enhancment like the hot rod enhancer. You put it on you penis to add girth
