The doctor says that she won't give her anything because she isn't loosing any wait. But, its so bad... example..... if she eats 6oz, she throws up about 4oz. and she is CONSTENTLY hungery. I don't know what to do.... I guess its best if I find another doc. but its hard choosing the right one... ya know!

ya...definitely see another doc. is it a food sensitivity? it took me awhile to figure out that my son was allergic to milk.

is she eating too fast and gets air bubbles...leading to throwing up?

How's she doing with breastfeeding/bottle feeding? So tough to see your own baby so misearble.

Yes you do need to go to another doctor. If this has been lasting a long time it could be a variety of various stomach problems. Ranging from something as simple as reflux problems to something much more serious including digestion problems and some sort of infection or blockage.
Has she been very sick recently? With my oldest after she had the flu even once she was better there would be times that she would throw up part of the bottle for a few days afterwards just her stomach getting back used to eating again. Also after my oldest had RSV she threw up the first bottle every morning for about a month. Every other bottle during the day was fine just that first one she threw up most of. So if she was recently very sick that might be it.
Also I can not remember what it is called but some babies have something wrong with their stomach that is making them feel hungry all the time...but she is not really hungry and she doesnt have room in her stomach for all that food so then she throws it up. Remember when she is throwing it up even though it looks like all formula not all of it is it is also mixed with stomach fluids etc. So she may be getting more then you think. Of course just the fact that she is vomitting is concern whether she is losing weight or not?
Have you tried feeding her just rice cereal? No formula mixed in nothing but water mixed in and seeing if that stays down? That was be a good way to see if it is the formula she is reacting to or food in general.

Point is it could be A LOT of things and you do need to find another doctor. Yes it is hard to find the right one for you but anything has to be better then a doctor that isnt concerned about your baby vomitting.

I've got the answer for ya. My daughter was doing the same thing, I took her to the doctor and he said that she has indagestion. Pretty much heart burn. She was only 2 months when I found this out. She through up when ever she ate and was hungery 2 minuts later. So he told me to put baby cereal in her bottles with her formula. The nutrusionist will tell you not to do this. But I tryed it and she never through up again now she is 10 months old and healthy and I still put cereal in her bottles. You can try it, its not gonna hurt her. It made our lifes alot better.

Try another Dr. but also after she throws up try to give her some tea ( manzanilla) or some light tea or plain water so her stomach will come down & the try to give her the 4 oz & see how she does. The same thing used 2 happend to my boy, but the doctor never told me to stop feeding him. It just not natural. GOOD LUCK & look for another Dr.

If she's constantly hungry then it's something you need under control. It will rack your nerves raw to have a screaming baby on your hands. You need to try out different formulas in 1 week increments. Try Soy formula...lactose free, or about 500 other kinds. Start with the ones made especially for baby's who spit up first....you'll figure it out.

I think that is a sign of dehydration. Those symptoms are common for for babies. Its not right to say that if the baby is not loosing weight, theres nothing wrong. I think you need to find another doctor

Amen, get a second opinion. Only feed her 2 ounces at a time. Sounds like she might need surgery. Make them do a swallow test. Feed her solid foods too, 2 ounces at a time. Feed her every hour in little amounts like that.

My daughter did the same thing, I actually diluted her bottles, and gave her pedilyte. Have you tried to give her soy formula, or that other stuff Nutramagen (i don't think that is spelled right) maybe just a change of brand of formula.

It is hard to find another doctor. I got lucky with my little girl and her doctor. But my advice is to find another doctor. Babies throw up, but they shouldn't throw up that much. In the meantime, feed her if she's hungry.

Feed her an ounce, stop and burp (or just take a break if she doesn't burp), feed her another ounce, stop and burp and so on. I work at a day care and this is what we do for baby's who spit up to much. Also try a slower nipple.
