Yes, but... The main problem is the emotional state the couple gets after such an occasion. The husband isn't so happy the wife feels inadequate. Its a difficult to cope with a very sexually active man.

no a husband cannot force you to make love to him....do you know why you dont want to make love to him?? maybe that is something that you need to search within to find out...if its something you have not shared with him, maybe its time to share it to give him a better understanding of why you feel this way. Just because you marry someone, it doesn't make it right to force them to do anything. Forceful sex is rape no matter what the case. Think about getting a restraining order, or a divorce.

Not reporting could make it seem as thou you have no problem with him raping you, and he could the wrong idea and continue this behavior.
