No - thats what I thought it was at first but I really doubt it.. Listen to the rest of the words and you will see .. "No little darling, DON'T SHED NO TEARS, no woman, no cry"
So its more like " no woman .. DONT cry " .. but in his own Jamaican way of saying it..

I think he says for the women not to cry for the men, because they are not worth of it!
